Mina

Mina (alias The Stardusted Muse) is a women's love coach, where she guides women out of insecure relationship patterns, to embrace their innate goddess and to create art with their lives.

Mina has always had an innate sense of the harshness of the modern world on feminine energy. Her European mother lived at a very different rhythm from the American pace, and Mina grew up modeling her. Faced with pure survival needs, she pushed herself through university degrees, the tech world and corporate America, not knowing another way. After years of feeling burnt-out, unfulfilled and alone in this disconnected corporate space and many dysfunctional relationships, she started to slowly follow her heart’s call toward nervous system healing, attachment repair, and rebelling against hustle culture. She learned how to stop falling into the same relationship pitfalls, left corporate, and started living a life that even Aphrodite could fall in love with.

Today, she brings together embodiment practices, Integrated Attachment Theory, NLP, hypnosis, and breathwork to help women rewrite what love feels like from the inside out.

Mina’s gift is transformation and Carol’s is building community and ritual expressed through ceramics. Aphrodite in the City recognizes that wisdom for women used to pass through lineages of mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Modern life has cut those ancient cords and so here we gather to reclaim our roots, restore feminine balance, and support women rising together.

Carol is a corporate finance professional, Triple Crowner, storyteller and ceramic artist. She brings together the grounded, strategic mind she developed over more than a decade in finance with the creative and intuitive spirit she expresses through adventure and Venus Rising Ceramics. Her work explores what becomes possible when women give themselves permission to pursue lives shaped by courage, beauty, freedom and meaning.

After more than ten years in corporate finance - and thousands of miles spent walking across the country - Carol began questioning a culture that measures a woman’s worth by her productivity, independence and ability to keep pushing forward. The trail taught her resilience and surrender; clay taught her patience, presence and devotion. Together, these paths called her toward another kind of strength: slowing down, receiving, creating and allowing adventure and softness, purpose and pleasure, wildness and beauty to exist side by side.

Aphrodite in the City grew from Carol and Mina’s shared belief that women need more than information - they need places to gather, practice, create and be witnessed. Carol helps shape the community as a meeting place between ancient feminine wisdom and modern womanhood, where pleasure becomes a compass, ritual becomes an anchor and purpose is allowed to unfold at a more human pace. Through honest conversations and shared experiences, she hopes every woman leaves feeling more connected to herself, to other women and to the life she is here to create.
